- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The line here is egregiously long. I came here to print, sign and scan some documents. The line backed out of the door because of how slowly the one employee was handling the two orders ahead of me. Multiple people walked in, said "not again" and then walked out. When the clerk finally got to my order she sent the scanned documents to the wrong email address. She demanded payment anyway without even attempting to resend the document. She then tried to blame me for holding up the line and I had to hold my ground until she went back to her computer and sent the document to the correct email address. I then paid for the service she finally completed and left, never to return to that location.By Frank Howard, June 19, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆They wrapped our package and send it to Little Rock. It was damaged they threw it in the dumpster and discarded it. They even have a tracking status "discarded" which we could not believe they would just throw a package away. This was family pictures and we cannot ever get them back:( We are still fighting still because we had it insured and just keep giving us the runaround.
